U.S.-Only Sales and Delivery

Nuema currently accepts orders only for delivery to addresses within the United States. We do not currently sell, ship, or deliver orders outside the United States. Orders placed for delivery outside the United States may be rejected, cancelled, or refunded.

Eligibility to Use the Site

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, or that you are using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

Products and Product Information

For payment processing and billing purposes, your order may appear on your bank, card, or payment-provider statement as Nuema LLC, NUEMA LLC, Nuema, or another descriptor associated with Nuema LLC.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Taxes, shipping charges, delivery fees, and other applicable charges will be shown at checkout where applicable.

Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, freight scheduling, weather, supply chain issues, address issues, product availability, or other circumstances outside our control. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
